What it actually is.
Completed in 2013 by Lifetime Developments and BLVD Developments, with architecture by Rudy Wallman and interiors by Union 31, Liberty Market Lofts sits directly above the Liberty Market Building at the east end of Liberty Village. Roughly 295 units, zoned live/work.
The draw is the two-storey layouts. A good number of suites run across two levels with double-height glass reaching about seventeen feet, polished concrete and open plans that let you separate a bedroom from a working floor below. Sizes run from very small to around 1,600 square feet.
Amenities lean into the live/work idea: a gym with a half basketball court, yoga studio, an art studio and workbench, business and meeting space, party room, and a pet wash. It is a new building, which means the mechanical systems are not a mystery and the fees reflect that.

What I like, and what I'd check.
No building is all upside. These are the things I'd raise with you standing in the lobby.
What I like
- Two-storey suites with double-height glass — genuinely uncommon, and they show beautifully.
- Live/work zoning suits anyone running something from home.
- The strongest amenity list in Liberty Village for the money.
- Modern building, so no surprises hiding in the mechanical rooms.
What I'd check
- Live/work zoning can affect financing and use — ask before you write an offer.
- Not a conversion. The character is architectural, not historic.
- Two-storey layouts mean stairs and heating a tall volume; both cost something.
- Liberty Village traffic and transit capacity at rush hour.
